What inspired you to create this piece?
•    Submit Your Personal Biography and Resume.
•    Please include 3 high quality color photos (or photos of scale model(s)) for each sculpture entry. You may email images or send a CD with your application. Digital format preferred.
•    If you provide a sketch of your sculpture it must be accompanied with photos of two original sculptures you’ve created, depicting your artistic abilities.
